The first two phases of rental housing have been completed.  A total of 143 rental units are now complete.  The third phases of rental housing are scheduled for construction completion in late 2008. The developer is interested in promoting and increasing local participation in the construction process.  This would include subcontracting and on-site employment.  Towards this end, we would like to compile information about subcontractors and individuals interested in hearing about participation opportunities. If you are interested in construction opportunities, please contact us through the Public Comment page of this website.  We will make the lists of potential subcontractors and potential employees, with trade or interest information, available to our prime contractors.  Due to the potential volume of contacts and to the fact that the prime contractors will be the ones actually selecting and hiring subcontractors or employees, please use this web feedback mechanism, rather than the telephone, to contact us.   In addition, from time to time we anticipate posting additional information about opportunities on this page.
